Bellicon FAQs / How to order your Bellicon

Size

Choose the size that’s best for you and your budget. We use the 44’ in the studio. We recommend this size for maximum comfort and “legroom” but the 39” is a great size for home use.

Legs

We recommend the FOLD UP legs. This is an additional cost and worth it.

Bungee Strength?

For most people under 200lbs, the Strong bungee is recommended. But for those wanting more support and stability the Extra-Strong is a great option.

“T” bar stability bar?

This is available on the 44” and 49” and a great option for people who really struggle with balance or conversely want to increase their intensity by holding on and bouncing with more force.

Double Stability Bars?

Sold separately and compatible with all bellicon sizes. These are great for people who struggle with stability or are recovering from an injury. And for mentally and physically handicapped people.

Shoes

Bouncing is most effective with bare feet. This allows the muscles in the feet and ankles to do their part, an important aspect of foot/ankle health and improving your stability overall. It’s a bit more challenging in bare feet but this type of challenge is good for you and you’ll quickly get used to it. Most of our clients prefer it bare foot. If you have a toe or ankle injury, athletic shoes can be a great support until you’re fully healed.

Weight limit on the bellicon?

All bellicon models can hold up to 400lbs. And with the stability bars, EVERYBODY can bounce!

Comfort Mat

We didn't use these in our studio but it’s an option if you’d like to increase your surface area a bit and it is attractive.

We provide trampoline rentals. If you’re local-enough to Sebastopol, CA, you can test drive one!
