Virtual Rebounding Classes & Private Strength Training Sessions are Back!

Happy New year. We’re resuming our virtual classes and adding one more!

The new schedule is Monday, Thursday and Saturday’s at 10:30am PST, beginning Monday, January 22. Tanya will generally be teaching Monday’s and Thursdays, and Rachel will generally teach Saturdays.

I’m making room for 3 new Personal Training clients. I offer comprehensive 30 minute strength and mobility sessions at my home in downtown Sebastopol. For those of you who don’t know me, I have over 25yrs experience as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and gym owner. I’m really good at what I do. Strength training (or weight training) is central…vital actually, to general health and certainly if you want to experience vibrant health and aging. I especially enjoy working with older folks and those with little, to no weight training experience.

If you’re curious about working with a personal trainer and/or know you need to be working with weights but feel intimidated, work with me. New year, new habit. Hiring a personal trainer is arguably the most effective and fun! way, to create the new habit of working out regularly.

We call on the experts for everything we don’t feel competent doing ourself.
