Personal Training

Virtual and/or In-Person

Personalized: 1-on-1 personal training for improved strength, mobility, balance and coordination. Build a strong, capable, injury-free body with hands on coaching, accountability and motivation!


Personal Training for Strength and Mobility


I offer 1-on-1 personal training both in person (in Sebastopol, Ca. or at your home if within 10 miles) and virtually. We use Calisthenics, dumbbells, kettlebells and other fitness equipment along with rebounding (mini-trampolines). I work with several modalities including: HIIT training, Isometrics, AMRAP, circuit training and more.

I have 25 yrs experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Your private sessions with me will be just 30 min and incredibly effective.

I work with all populations and fitness levels and especially appreciate working with older folks; those seeking to maintain a high quality of life and movement and to stay injury free or recover from injuries with less difficulty.

Nutrition Coaching

SuperSlow training 

In-Person

Slow motion, high intensity strength training in just 30min twice a week.


SuperSlow Strength Training


Traditionally, you could spend upwards of an hour at a gym, full of mirrors, loud music and waiting for machines. You would do several sets of repeated exercises.

In my SuperSlow program, you perform only one set, extremely slowly, with as much weight that is safe for you, so that the muscles that are worked can reach fatigue/failure in just one and a half to two minutes. All exercises are done on the highest quality machines.

Muscle fatigue or failure is crucial whether you’re doing traditional or SuperSlow training, because that deep work is what triggers muscle growth during the following rest periods. This is why just twice a week for only 20-30 minutes is enough to see a real difference in your strength.

We focus on several muscle groups across five or six exercises, so that each muscle group reaches fatigue in only 20-30 minutes.

This program is exceptionally safe because there is low force on your joints, muscles and connective tissues. This will protect you from injury and support safe and proper recovery after an injury.

I offer SuperSlow training only in Healdsburg, Ca. Sonoma County. With SuperSlow we focus on your strength. We have no mirrors or music, it is just you and me, gaining your strength for living!

About Me

Hi, I'm Tanya. I am a Master Personal Trainer, Certified Rebounding Expert, Certified SuperSlow Trainer and Nutrition and Detox Coach with over 25yrs experience in the field of fitness, nutrition and health. And until Covid forced its closure, I owned Northern California’s only Rebounding fitness studio, Boundless. I am a passionate teacher, coach & entrepreneur who comes from an extensive background in health, fitness and business. My superpower is my ability to see the bigger picture of my client’s challenges and blocks, both the physical and emotional, while also perceiving their unique potential and what they need to move toward improved health, vitality and optimal wellness.

I've worked with all populations in my career and especially appreciate working with older folks; those seeking to maintain a high quality of life and movement and to stay injury free or recover with less difficulty.

I offer both virtual and in person 1-on-1 personal training and rebounding instruction; and PDF training and nutrition and detox programs that have decisively changed people's lives. In person you can work with me in Sonoma County, Ca., in both Sebastopol and Healdsburg.
