MOVE

Rediscover the joys of physical activity with our low impact, low intensity, high fun class! A holistic and health boosting class focused on correct form and posture, balance and coordination; where you'll also burn fat and really work your cardiovascular system. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Especially appropriate for people suffering from physical deficits or recovering from injury. Please take at least 1 MOVE class before taking BOUNCE, SCULPT OR HIIT.

BOUNCE

Have fun and torch calories! Build endurance, strength/power and muscle mass in this invigorating and high intensity, interval class. We alternate between rebounding cardio and strength training intervals. Must take one MOVE class as a prerequisite to BOUNCE.

SCULPT

Our super effective muscle sculpting class. Our innovative approach to toning and strength training, done primarily with your own body weight. We employ dynamic movements and light weights to tone and sculpt your best body! You'll discover muscles you didn't know you had, restore muscular balance (the root of most pain), while toning your body into its most natural and elongated posture. You won't believe how much you sweat

HIIT

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time! HIIT will also increase metabolism, reduce insulin resistance, improve cardiac function and produce faster gains in endurance levels than steady state cardio training. We begin with a 5min warm and end with a cool down and light stretching. Come prepared to work hard, sweat and gain strength and endurance in record time!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

  • Classes are limited to 10 people, so please be sure to sign up in advance! 

  • To achieve the results that you deserve, and to maintain optimum cardiovascular and bone health, we recommend at least 3 classes per week.

  • Wear workout gear. Be prepared to sweat.

  • We rebound in bare feet or sticky yoga socks; athletic shoes are welcome for BOUNCE.

  • We request clients sign up for class at least 24 hours in advance. However, we are happy to accommodate late sign-ups when possible. If you'd like to attend class within the next 30min, please call the studio to confirm availability 707-827-8192.

  • We require 24 hrs cancellation notice. 

  • All classes are 50 min, unless otherwise noted.
